Use and suitability

The complete accessory measures approx. 6 × 5 cm and is available with a 28 mm or 32 mm Grooming Clip, discreetly positioned beneath the butterfly.

Suitable for small dogs and cats with enough hair for the clip to grip and support the butterfly securely. Choose the clip size according to the amount of hair available at the intended placement. This design is unsuitable for attaching directly to smooth coats or hair that is too short to hold the clip securely.

The butterfly can also be worn as a hat or headwear accessory, provided the Grooming Clip closes securely around the chosen fabric.

How to wear

  1. Choose the appropriate clip size and a section of hair or hat fabric that can securely support the butterfly.
  2. Open the Grooming Clip and slide it carefully into position, keeping it clear of the eyes and skin.
  3. Support the clip base with your fingers as you press it closed, avoiding pressure on your pet’s head and the silk wings.
  4. Check that the butterfly sits securely, with the wings unobstructed and no pulling of the hair or pinching of the skin.

Safety

  • For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
  • Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
  • We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

UK delivery

  • Standard — £3.95: Estimated arrival 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Tracked Express — £4.95: Estimated arrival 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Free standard UK delivery when you spend £40 or more.

Standard orders usually leave us within 1–3 working days.

EU delivery

We deliver to EU destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown after you enter your delivery address.

For EU orders processed through our international checkout, applicable taxes and import duties are paid at checkout, with no additional import charges on delivery.

Free UK delivery offers apply to UK addresses only.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
