Handmade character: Each piece is handmade with care, so slight variations in the details are part of its charm. These little differences make every accessory a unique little treasure for your dog.

Each clip measures approximately 7 × 3 cm overall and is fitted with a 28 mm Grooming Clip. The clip type is fixed and cannot be changed.

Suitable for dogs and cats with enough hair to hold the clip securely, including Yorkshire Terriers, Maltese, Shih Tzus, Poodles, Maltipoos, Cavachons, Cavapoos and Long-haired Dachshunds.

Suitability depends on your pet's hair length and thickness. This clip is not suitable for smooth-coated pets with insufficient hair to secure it.

How to wear

Gently gather a small section of hair above the eyes or just behind the ear.
Open the Grooming Clip and slide it into the hair, keeping it clear of the eyes and skin.
Support the clip with your fingers as you close it, avoiding pressure on your pet's head.
Check that it feels secure and comfortable, without pulling the hair or pinching the skin.

Care

Handle by the clip base without pulling the decorations.

Safety

For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
