Which clip fitting is right for my dog?
Grooming clips suit smaller sections of hair, including shorter facial hair with enough length to grip. Ball clips work best with longer, fuller hair. Lead clips are versatile fittings for leads and can also suit fuller hair or a secured topknot. Check each product page for the available fitting.
Can short-haired dogs wear your accessories?
For dogs whose coats cannot hold a hair clip, selected designs with a lead clip can be worn on a lead, collar or harness instead. Please check the product description for suitability.
How do I choose the right size?
Consider your dog’s hair length and volume, as well as the size of the accessory. Measurements are listed on each product page. If you are unsure, email us a photo of your dog and the design you like—we will be happy to help.
Can I choose a different clip fitting?
Selected designs offer a choice of fittings. Please check the options and description on the product page. If your preferred fitting is not listed, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is possible.
Orders & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, followed by an estimated 2–4 working days for delivery. UK Tracked Express usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for express dispatch times and further details.
How much does UK delivery cost?
UK Standard Delivery costs £3.95, and UK Tracked Express costs £4.95. Please check our website for current complimentary delivery offers.
How can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, we will email the details once your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find the email. If your delivery is delayed, contact us at info@laneyandbubble.co.uk with your order number.
Care & Safety
Will my accessory look exactly like the photographs?
Handmade details may vary slightly from piece to piece, and colours can appear different on screens. Please refer to the product description for materials and measurements.
How should I care for my accessory?
Handle the accessory gently and open or close it using the clip fitting, rather than pulling on the decoration. Keep it away from water and grooming products, and store it somewhere dry where it will not be crushed.
Can my dog wear the accessory all day?
Please supervise your dog whenever they wear an accessory, and take it off for sleep or active play. Check that it does not pull the hair or pinch the skin. Remove it if your dog seems uncomfortable, and do not use it on pets that chew accessories.
Returns & Support
Can I return my order?
For eligible online purchases, please email info@laneyandbubble.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage for a change of mind is your responsibility.
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights if an item is faulty or not as described are unaffected. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
What should I do if there is a problem with my accessory?
Please email info@laneyandbubble.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue, including photographs where helpful. We will review it and explain the next steps. If any parts are loose or damaged, please stop using the accessory.
