UK Delivery

UK Standard Delivery — £3.95
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
UK Tracked Express — £4.95
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Free UK Standard Delivery on orders of £40 or more.

European Union Delivery

We offer delivery from the United Kingdom to European Union destinations available at checkout. Delivery availability depends on your address and the items in your order.

Available delivery services, shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. You can review the full order total before completing your purchase.

EU delivery charges are calculated separately from our UK delivery rates. Free UK Standard Delivery offers apply to UK delivery addresses only.

EU Taxes and Import Duties

For EU orders processed through our international checkout with Global-e, applicable taxes and import duties are collected at checkout and paid in advance.

The final checkout total includes your items, the selected delivery service and applicable taxes and duties. For these prepaid-duty orders, you should not be asked to pay additional import taxes or duties when your parcel is delivered.

If you receive an unexpected request to pay import charges, please contact us at info@laneyandbubble.co.uk with your order number and a copy of the request before making payment, so that we can investigate.

Where Global-e acts as the seller for your international order, this will be identified at checkout, together with the applicable terms.

Dispatch Times

Standard delivery orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Express orders placed before 3:00 pm GMT, Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

For EU orders, dispatch is also subject to completion of any necessary order, address and customs-information checks. These checks may affect same-day dispatch availability.

International transit times can vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local public holidays or carrier delays. If we need further information to arrange delivery, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@laneyandbubble.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

For EU orders, please provide a valid contact telephone number and a complete delivery address, including any required building or apartment number. These details may be needed by the courier for delivery or customs clearance.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is delayed, appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@laneyandbubble.co.uk with your order number so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Laney & Bubble remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered into your physical possession or to a person identified by you to receive it.

This applies to both UK and EU deliveries. Any delivery or customs delays do not remove your statutory consumer rights.
