Handmade character: Each piece is handmade with care, so slight variations in the details are part of its charm. These little differences make every accessory a unique little treasure for your dog.

Grooming clips can be worn on the forehead or just behind the ear, provided there is enough hair to hold them securely. No topknot is needed. Not suitable for smooth-coated pets with insufficient hair.

Open the clip and slide it into a section of hair, gathering enough hair to hold it securely.
Support the base with your fingers as you close it, without pressing against your pet’s head.
Keep clear of the eyes and skin, and check that the clip sits comfortably without pulling the hair.

To remove, open the clip fully and gently slide it out.

Each bow is made from Gingham fabric with a concealed, flexible shaping wire and finished with a Grooming Clip. A central cluster of pearl and clear crystal embellishments adds a decorative finish. If any part of the internal wire becomes exposed, discontinue use immediately.

Slight variations in the bow’s shape, print placement and embellishment arrangement may occur between pieces. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

Care

Handle by the clip base without pulling the decorations.
Store in a dry place and avoid crushing.

Safety

For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
