The complete accessory measures approx. 8 × 6 cm and is available with a 32 mm Grooming Clip, a 45 mm Ball Clip or a 45 mm Lead Clip.

Grooming Clip: Suitable for most coat types except smooth coats, provided there is enough hair for the clip to grip and support the bow securely.
Ball Clip: Best suited to fuller coats, ideally attached over a topknot secured with a hair elastic.
Lead Clip: Suitable for decorating a lead, particularly for dogs with smooth or short coats. It can also be worn in a secure topknot with enough hair to support the bow. Keep it clear of fastenings and attachment points, and never use it as a fastening or connection point.

The bow can also be worn as a hat accessory, provided the selected clip closes securely around the fabric.

How to wear

Choose the appropriate clip fitting and a placement that can securely support the bow.
For hair styling, gather a suitable section of hair. When using the Ball Clip, secure a topknot with a hair elastic for a firmer hold. For lead or hat styling, choose a suitable section of material that the clip can grip securely.
Open the clip and position it carefully. Support the clip base as you close it, avoiding pressure on your pet’s head and the crystal embellishments.
Check that the bow is securely positioned and, when worn in the hair, that it does not pull the hair or pinch the skin.

Handle by the clip base without pulling the decorations.
Store in a dry place and avoid crushing.

Safety

For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
