Handmade character: Each piece is handmade with care, so slight variations in the details are part of its charm. These little differences make every accessory a unique little treasure for your dog.

Each clip measures approximately 6 × 2.5 cm overall. Choose the clip fitting that best suits your pet's hair and how you would like them to wear it.

Grooming Clip: Approx. 32 mm. For dogs and cats with enough hair to hold it securely, including shorter hair with sufficient length to grip. Not suitable for smooth-coated pets with insufficient hair.
Ball Clip: Approx. 45 mm. Best suited to longer, fuller hair. We recommend pairing it with a small hair elastic for a secure hold. It can also be used as a decorative hat clip.
Lead Clip: Approx. 45 mm. Suitable for decorating a lead, making this an option for smooth-coated dogs too. It can also be worn in fuller hair or a secured topknot.

How to wear

For hair styling, gently gather a suitable section of hair or prepare a topknot with a hair elastic.
Open your chosen clip and position it in the hair, keeping it clear of the eyes and skin.
Close gently. When using a Grooming Clip, support the clip with your fingers rather than pressing against your pet's head.
Check that the accessory sits securely without pulling the hair or causing discomfort.

For lead decoration, attach the Lead Clip directly to the lead and check that it holds securely.

Care

Handle by the clip base without pulling the decorations.
Store in a dry place and avoid crushing.

Safety

For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
