Use and suitability

This accessory measures approximately 6 cm in overall length and weighs approximately 10 g. Please consider both its size and weight when choosing how your dog will wear it.

  • Lead Clip: Approx. 45 mm. Attaches the accessory to a dog’s lead, harness or collar as a decorative detail. This clip is not a load-bearing lead connector.
  • Ball Clip: Approx. 45 mm. For wearing in the hair on the head. Best suited to dogs with fuller coats and enough hair to hold the clip and support the decoration. A small hair band can help secure the gathered hair before adding the clip.

This accessory comes with a Lead Clip as standard. Please select the Ball Clip option if you would like your dog to wear it in their hair.

How to wear

  1. For the Lead Clip, choose a suitable section of the lead, harness or collar. Support the decoration as you attach and gently close the clip.
  2. For the Ball Clip, gather enough hair on the head to support the accessory. If needed, secure the hair with a small hair band first, then attach the clip to the gathered hair.
  3. Check that the accessory sits securely and comfortably without pulling the hair, pinching the skin or restricting movement.

  • Design: Halloween wool-felt characters paired with orange or lilac rhinestone decorations, with black and clear accents.

  • Craftsmanship: Each wool-felt character is handmade. All pieces are made and assembled by hand in the United Kingdom.
  • Fitting options: Lead Clip as standard, with an optional Ball Clip. Each accessory comes with one fitting installed.

  • Handle by the clip base without pulling the decorations.
  • Store in a dry place and avoid crushing.

Safety

  • For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
  • Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
  • We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

UK delivery

  • Standard — £3.95: Estimated arrival 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Tracked Express — £4.95: Estimated arrival 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Free standard UK delivery when you spend £40 or more.

Standard orders usually leave us within 1–3 working days.

EU delivery

We deliver to EU destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown after you enter your delivery address.

For EU orders processed through our international checkout, applicable taxes and import duties are paid at checkout, with no additional import charges on delivery.

Free UK delivery offers apply to UK addresses only.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
