Each finished clip measures approximately 5 cm in overall length and weighs approximately 3 g. Choose a placement with enough hair to comfortably support the clip.

Snap Clip: Approx. 45 mm. For decorative styling and holding loose hair in place, with enough hair to hold the clip securely. A small hair elastic can help provide a firmer hold, particularly on smaller dogs.

Both styles are available with a Snap Clip only.

How to wear

Gather a suitable section of hair. For a firmer hold, secure the section with a small hair elastic first.
Open the clip away from your dog’s head, then slide the lower section beneath the selected hair, keeping it clear of the eyes and skin.
Support the underside with your fingers and gently press the clip closed without pressing against your dog’s head.
Check that the clip sits securely without pulling the hair or pinching the skin.

Materials: Ribbon and rhinestones, with a plastic pumpkin decoration on the Orange Pumpkin style.
Design: An elongated ribbon-covered clip with colourful rhinestone detailing. Orange Pumpkin pairs a pumpkin wearing a witch’s hat with a black butterfly and star details. Purple Star combines star and heart details with purple, orange and black accents.

Store in a dry place and avoid crushing.

Safety

For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
