All styles measure approximately 13.5 × 7 cm, excluding the purple ribbons. Each bow weighs approximately 13 g with a Small pumpkin or 17 g with a Large pumpkin. Small and Large refer to the pumpkin centrepiece only; the bow body remains the same size. Please consider both the size and weight when choosing a fitting for your dog.

Bow Tie: The default fitting uses a hook-and-loop fastening and fits collars up to 3.5 cm wide. For narrower collars, the fastening can be trimmed to fit.
Lead Clip: Approx. 45 mm. Attaches the bow to a lead as a decorative accessory. This clip is not a load-bearing lead connector.
Ball Clip: Approx. 45 mm. Suitable for dogs with enough coat volume to hold and support the bow securely.

Choose your preferred style, pumpkin size and fitting when ordering. Each order includes one bow with one selected fitting installed.

How to wear

If the hook-and-loop fastening needs shortening, trim it gradually with the bow removed from your dog. Leave enough overlap for it to close securely.
For the Bow Tie option, wrap the fastening around the collar and press it securely closed, keeping any hair clear.
For the Lead Clip or Ball Clip option, position the clip on the lead or a suitable section of hair, respectively. Support the bow as you close the clip gently.
Check that the bow sits securely, stays clear of the eyes and does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or restrict movement.

Materials: Ribbon, black lace, wool felt, decorative thread and a rhinestone embellishment. Both the pumpkin and black wings are made from wool felt.
Design: A layered bow with Halloween patterned ribbons, black lace trim, a wool felt pumpkin centrepiece, black wings and trailing purple ribbons.

Handle by the clip base without pulling the decorations.
Store in a dry place and avoid crushing.

Safety

For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
