Handmade character: Each piece is handmade with care, so slight variations in the details are part of its charm. These little differences make every accessory a unique little treasure for your dog.

All three styles measure approximately 9.5 × 11 cm and weigh approximately 10 g per bow. Please consider both the size and weight when choosing a fitting for your dog.

Bow Tie: The default fitting uses a hook-and-loop fastening and fits collars up to 3.5 cm wide. For narrower collars, the fastening can be trimmed to fit.
Lead Clip: Approx. 45 mm. Attaches the bow to a lead as a decorative accessory. This clip is not a load-bearing lead connector.
Ball Clip: Approx. 45 mm. Suitable for dogs with enough coat volume to hold and support the bow securely.
Charm: Every bow includes a complimentary heart-shaped clasp and ring. Simply attach the supplied accessory to use the bow as a charm, with the original fitting left in place.

Choose your preferred style and fitting when ordering. The charm attachment is included with every fitting option.

How to wear

If the hook-and-loop fastening needs shortening, trim it gradually with the bow removed from your dog. Leave enough overlap for it to close securely.
For the Bow Tie option, wrap the fastening around the collar and press it securely closed, keeping any hair clear.
For the Lead Clip or Ball Clip option, position the clip on the lead or a suitable section of hair, respectively. Support the bow as you close the clip gently.
Check that the bow sits securely, stays clear of the eyes and does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or restrict movement.

How to use as a charm

Attach the supplied heart-shaped clasp and ring to the bow. There is no need to remove the original fitting. Check that the clasp and ring are securely closed before use.

Materials: Ribbon, wool felt and faux pearls. The Orange with Black Lace style also features black lace trim.
Design: A layered bow with ribbon roses, small floral details, a wool felt centrepiece and trailing ribbons.
Styles: Orange with Black Lace, Orange and Lilac.
Craftsmanship: Each bow is handmade, with each leaf individually shaped using heated flower-making tools.
Fitting options: Bow Tie with a hook-and-loop fastening by default, or a Lead Clip or Ball Clip selected when ordering. Each bow comes with one fitting installed.
Included charm attachment: A complimentary heart-shaped clasp and ring allow the same bow to be used as a charm without removing its original fitting.

Care

Handle by the clip base without pulling the decorations.
Store in a dry place and avoid crushing.

Safety

For supervised wear only. Do not allow your pet to chew the accessory. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
Ensure the clip does not pull the hair, pinch the skin or obstruct vision. Remove immediately if your pet shows discomfort or tries to remove it.
We recommend removing the accessory before sleeping, bathing or vigorous play.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your product on arrival. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge and cover postage both ways.

The suggested 48-hour reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights, including any applicable right to a refund, repair or replacement.

Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You cover the return postage.

Items made to your specifications or personalised for you are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These cancellation rights also apply to EU customers. International returns are normally sent back to the United Kingdom, and customers cover international return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before posting your parcel.
